    Water pressure

water pressure gauge isn’t working…the back of the gauge has the rubber hose and a plug in. It’s an analog style gauge.

Any ideas on how to get it to work again? I also posted about changing out to a smartcraft gauge but really just like to fix the one I got.

Need to disconnect at the engine end, and confirm that:

-Water pressure really is present at engine

-Disconnect gauge end of hose, make sure you have a continuous (open) hose connected between the engine and the gauge *

*The boat rigging and the engine rigging usually meet somewhere in the front of the cowling, or inside the rigging tube. It is possible for the gray tubing to still be plugged off (as it was from the factory).
