    Question lowrance to garmin waypoint transfer

    I have my waypoints saved to a sd card from my lowrance unit is the a program or a way to load them into a computer or file that I can extract , So I can download them to my garmin unit Also I only have a mac or a chromebook I do not have any windows access .

    Need to convert the Lowrance file to a GPX file then upload to your Garmin.

    If you choose GPX as download file do you change the Garmin unit back to the default or will it auto default

    You have to manually toggle the GPX or proprietary ADM format in the Garmin menu when you import or export.
