When lowering lower unit for first time at ramp, motor becomes real sluggish pushing trim rods down. Can trim back up then down again without issue for rest of the day issue only happens first time. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check your tilt/trim reservoir and make sure you have plenty of fluid in it.
A lot of times my tilt/trim will drag at first while its cold and the fluids are thick, usually is fine after it gets going
