First day out with Live and here we go...

OK here are questions. First off, I have the freezing problem that seems to be common. Started off working and I was watching the screen and it froze. Had to unplug and reboot to get it to work again. Froze up several more times before I just gave up. Next, when I installed my Mega 360, I connected the shield wire like it said to do. I have seen a couple of different places to connect the shield wire on the Live. I didn't see a shield wire on my power cord and didn't see it mentioned in the manual. (Yes, I have read it. Unless I just missed it. ) I've searched the freezing issue and don't see where anyone has found a real solution. My unit is Gen 3 Helix 12 by the way.

The last I saw posted about the freezing is to disconnect Ethernet and do a Restore Defaults, then reconnect Ethernet and start the unit.

Yes you missed it. It's the same instructions that the MEGA 360 has.
You have to trim back the insulation on the power cord to expose the drain wire.
