Anyone running this on an 18 footer? I just put this on my boat and am wondering what hole you have it mounted in? The reason I ask is it gets squirlly at 55ish and I'm not sold on it being chine walk but more so prop torque. It's mounted on the 3rd hole down.

What is the prop to pad measurement where it sits now?
Ptp would help to know quite a bit. Also your rpms at wot.
I'll get the PTP measurement over the weekend. Boat is now in storage for the winter. As for WOT RPM, 5,900 at 60mph with a 23 Tempest.

If it's mounted in the third hole from the top with out a jack plate raise it up one hole which should put you at 4.25" under pad with no plate and run it. It's chine walk from the motor being too low prop to pad making it feel loose.
