    Ficht Spark Plugs

Just recently purchased 2005 175's and pulled the spark plugs today to fog the engines. Have not run them yet. All the plugs looked the same, very oily and what looked like quite a bit of carbon build up. Engines may have already been fogged, not sure. Does this look normal? 20211121_122543.jpg

Gap looks way off should be around .030. I like to set them at .028 they'll get that way if you idle a lot.

After giving this some more thought, given the way the plugs looked, what are the thoughts on decarbing these engines?
Would it be a good idea to do this in the spring after I get them running?

Use the OMC/Bomb Power Tuner can ...

And only because I have to go through up to 5mph mooring fields on the way down river, I also add some OMC/Bomb Carbon Guard with each fillup, even though I run XD 100 oil. Thankfully I bought a few cases of it cheap when someone sold off their Ficht.
