Am installing a tm tray in my 20 xd -----am leary of cutting blind ---- Can anyone give their 20 xd tray location based on front pedistal location???

The cutout starts 13" from the pedestal hole . I would recommend going under the front deck measuring each brace from the pedestal forward then take those measurements and put a piece of 1" tape on the carpet . With your tray cut out template placed on the front deck this will allow you to see what braces you will be cutting through . Once the cut out is done and pan fitted use resin on a brush to saturate the dry balsa core.

Also, cut the hole so that the foot well will be tight. Tom and I cut mine and installed the foot well. The floor was as stiff as it was before I cut the hole.
