Its a koozie & fishing rig. Attached is a spool with line, hook, & a weight. That way you can fish while you’re drinking. The pet rock of fishing.

I would probably backlash that thing, hook myself and end up at the ER.
Several cold ones are required when fishing Grand.
I have been skunked my last two time there.
Now I drive to Fork and at least learn to run it while getting skunked.
Weather just has the fish confused-they still think it is summer!
My day will come.
