Green Egg Turkey Breast - What is your Best?
Going to smoke 3 turkey breast on the Green Egg. Anyone have a best seasoning or way to prep?
Considering:
One with Mad Max Turkey seasoning
One Injected with Creole Herb/Garlic - Never done this before smoking.. always did frying. Anyone done this?
Not sure what else to do. Wife wants to air fry one but afraid it will be dry

I injected mine last year with creole and butter. Then I crushed up garlic with more butter and creole to put under the skin. Turned out great. I always do one like this and one traditional. You can brine them as well. I am doing a couple whole 12#ers on my Kamado Joetisserie this year. I have done lots of chickens but this will be the first time for turkey.

Brine with lots of herbs and right on da egg!!! SO good
