    Peach Cobbler

    Set smoker to 350

    8 cups of cut peaches
    2 TBLs corn starch
    1/4 cup bourbon
    Mix these three well

    1.5 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    mix
cut in 1.5 stick of butter into flour mix
    add 3/4 cup heavy cream
    mix

Put peach mixture in a large cast iron pan and heat until good and warm
Spoon flour mixture over the top of peaches

Place in smoker with peach wood
Check for the crust getting brown at 40 minutes.
Don't forget the vanilla ice cream

Peach Cobbler is my all time favorite dessert. You can laugh but one of the best and easiest is Uncle Bucks Mix from BPS or Cabela’s. I have had better (slightly) but it is a lot less work with Uncle Buck’s.

One box of Yellow Cake mix.

One can of your favorite pie filling. Apple, cherry, blueberry, whatever.

    One stick Butter.

Fill 12 X 15 pan bottom with filling

Layer top with entire contents of yellow cake mix

Cut pats of butter and line entire surface.

Bake at $375 until surface is golden brown, approx 18-20 minutes.

    you're welcome

No joke. Anytime I take it anywhere I never get any. When I take it to church a few people get some before folks even get in line

Came out not bad. Blackberries were a bit tart. Could have added a bit of sugar.
