Lower Unit?

Removed my prop 2001 200 merc efi last week to send to mark. Never any lower unit issues before but went out to the out building this am and puddle of lower unit oil on floor and drops on the shaft?

Inspect prop shaft seals, and of course make sure it's gear lube (and not unburnt engine oil, or oil and carbon mixed).
