Does anyone have one nearby that I could rent or borrow?

Is Riverside Marine still open? They'll have one for sure. If not C&O in White Bluff should have one.

FYI: Ended up picking up a test wheel from the nice folks in Scottsville, KY. C&O - though wonderful to talk to, didn't have one and said they do not work on anything older than '91.
