I believe they are.
I think the top caps are the same in the cockpit area. I would reach out to phoenix and confirm since I know the gunnel height is different on the PHX than the pro XP

I got it to fit and latch in place. The PHX is definitely wider in the cockpit than the pro xp but it should work.
