    Spare hot foot spring in there. And a dry place to put your registration was its original concept I believe. It would be a smart place to hide your fishing tackle receipt's from the wife too.

    Registration and Insurance paperwork is the purpose. Nice thought on putting a spare hot foot spring in there as some are breaking again lately.
