Replacing Prop

Fellow co worker has a 2018 17ft tracker 60hp four stroke wants to put a 4 blade stainless on it what's the best way to go ?He has a 12/22 on it now factory.

If you guys want actual pitch recommendations you're going to need to provide more info, like current max speed, RPM at WOT, and current prop pitch size.
