Chicken and andouille sausage gumbo
One of the easiest things to cook and it’s freaking amazing. The roux is the scariest part and it’s not bad if you take your time. I follow this recipe but you can modify anything pretty much except the garlic I also love cooking outside on the camp chef. Beautiful weather for it. Will have a fire going in a bit. I will give you a finish shot when we eat in an hour or so. Put it over white rice and top with lots of green onion.
