    11/6/21 another good morning.

So landed on Viking again and glad I did. Ran the same pattern that worked last weekend. Walking bait on the corners of the rock refs, jigs on the submerged rocks that I found. Water temp 50/51* about 2ft Visibility. CFF4BC6A-6212-4E2F-BB85-105FD405813A.jpeg

Very nice! I got out to Don Williams yesterday for 3hrs. Been busy with trying to pack up the house and doing to fixes on my current house since I'm moving next weekend and just needed a few hours to get away. Caught 1 2 3/4lbr on a finesse jig and then proceeded to break off 2 more on the hookset. Ahhh the joys of fishing a chunk concrete wall. Water temp was 48-49 but I'm sure it got up to 51 yesterday afternoon

It’s still there and you can still fish it. I’ve really enjoyed fishing there the last couple weekend. It definitely hasn’t got the fishing pressure the last few years with it being so low.
Hoping to fish this Friday and Saturday but the weather sounds nasty cold/windy.

i understand. I keep mine going until there’s ice on the water in Iowa, I dream of going to the ozarks in the winter but never seem to make it. Maybe this year:-)

Prairie Rose yesterday water temp 49.2° Very slow. Picked up one on a Senko, back seater hooked one on a spinner. One other boater on the water said he only caught one on a square bill. Steady North wind all day.

Wished I could have fished today before the cold front. I have Friday off of work but it’s looking like strong winds so I’ll probably go shopping with wife :-/ probably should just go to work Lol.
