Prop diameter question

Long time boat owner but first time crossing manufacture’s products.

The Yamaha T2 prop I run on my 250HP SHO is 15.125”

I’m looking at a Merc Bravo prop but the diameter is smaller than the Yamaha.

Besides the hub kit, is there anything else I need to make the Merc prop fit?

The B1 is a 15 1/4 diameter prop. But when I put a tape to them, They are 15. These props have 4 blades and actually have much more blade area than the T prop you mention. With the correct hub kit for your motor the B1 will fit just fine.
