Got the tomatoes,peppers,onions and black beans ready. Start a couple of chimneys of Mesquite chunks and dump them in the kettle. Roast the veggies up to char them off. Then put the pot of beans on to get them seasoned. Then put everything in the blender. Then probably do some shrimp street tacos
