    You'll get there.
    I mentored a newbie this summer about taking Birds in Flight photos.
    This is what I found were the areas new photographers struggle.
    -Knowing your camera dials-buttons/menu
    -Exposure/metering
    -Noticing the ambient light changes/direction
    -Auto Focus system
    The rest will come with practice, like composition etc.
