    4:15pm today

    This guy came thru. Looks like they're on the move now. He's a gameland buck, so he was a shooter. I'll trophy thru the rut now, maybe get lucky, but one more in the deep freeze and then back to fishing.

    Thanks. Well, if he came by in the honey hole on the property I hunt, I would've let him walk. But the gamelands around the property tend to be higher pressure areas, and so you've gotta take what's given to you there. At least that's how I look at it. I was really looking to put meat in the freezer, so I would've shot a doe that day. But, then he came around.
