Around here, all the Teryaki joints are apparently small family owned & run by Koreans. So, that's what we're used to when we get it.
Today, we tried home-brewed Teryaki chicken and the wife bought Kikkoman Teryaki Sauce to use. It wasn't nearly as sweet and was actually only slightly sweet and noticeably salty. Can anybody recommend either a commercially available Teryaki sauce or provide a recipe for the Korean-style stuff?
