    Chips under fiberglass hull

Hey guys, I bought my first boat. I got underneath it today and noticed chips in the fiberglass. My question is, how urgent of a repair is this? Can I take it out this weekend? And how should I go about repairing it? Thanks guys

Personally, I’d fix those spots sooner than later. Could be a real chance of water intrusion, and any further impact on those spots could cause large chipping. Shouldn’t be too expensive at a fiberglass shop. That looks like rock damage, or possibly from contact with the ramp.

So, you bought a boat and never looked at the bottom beforehand?
