According to what I have read, the charging system and the cowling are the changes that were made.
Yam911 can chime in with anything else.
TotalTilt system has been added as well. Auto up and Auto down functionality.
So if I was to get a new boat that happened to have a 200 on it, I could still get an ECU from a 250 and swap it out if I was so inclined...

New sho is an LB model. Older sho is an LA model.
If you want to convert the 200LB use a 250LB ECU.
If you want to convert the 200LA use a 250LA ECU.
thanks for clarifying that yam911, I meant to say could not use older models or in some cases a flashed ecu from your last boat
