My 1600 F2 jack has a lot pf play when locked in a rotational position. Does that indicate that I need to take it off and tighten the swivel fastener or is that normal?

My has lots of play since new, never messed with it going on 4 years
Mine has always had some play, but after my last trip the jack was out of position so much that I couldn't get the wheel to pivot. I put a floor jack under it to lube the wheel pivot and while it was up I rotated it a few times. When I put it back down the play was still there but the jack was in the correct position and the wheel would pivot again.
I guess I will leave it alone for now and keep an eye on how much play there is.
