    New jack plate needed

I have had my Stroker now for 16 almost 17 years. Purchased it used in 2005 from Craig Walker. I have babies the Deteiller plate as long as I can. So now I am asking what plate and set back should I be looking at? I was thinking Atlas but from what I can tell 12” is as big as they make. I am also going to repower here in the next 12 months so I need a plate that can handle the bigger motor. I currently have a 2001 Merc 225x short shaft. (Runs good), I just want a newer and less stress on me motor. Any help on the plate will be greatly appreciated!

https://www.hydrodynamics-usa.com/ for setback. I would look at Seastar jack plates. They bought Detwiler and there plates look to be a next generation https://www.seatechmarineproducts.co...r-jack-plates/

I am going to replace mine over the winter also. I was wondering if I need to stick with extension plates. I have 15.5 setback on mine

Pretty sure mine would need some kind of bushings that I can not find. Seems slide rods maybe

If it’s worn out it would be the first one I’ve seen I’d get a new sea star
