    Hush Tim, Tell just one person and now everyone's going to do the same.

    Went to Mascoma last weekend. Decided against launching at the bridges and moved down to the dam launch. Needed to go through a little ice to get to the deeper waters. No luck and after 6 hours we called it a day. Still enjoyed the day. A little brisk and not a lot of wind. IF the rains hold off we will be heading again this coming weekend. Temps look good but the rain....

    Jane and I got out yesterday for about 6 hrs. down the Cape. Yup it was cold and we did get some bass on jerks. and other hard baits.
    I want to tell all you guys, I caught more fish then Jane I had 10 and my best was a 3.5 Lm. Jane only had 7 bass ,but,,,, and we always have a but ? One of hers bass was a 4.9 Lm.
    Did I tell you guys it was cold ? If any one gets out, play safe, our water was * 39 ...
    We do have a story for you guys about swans , has any one seen them fight ? One of them was going to die, but we did get involved buy going up to them and I took the paddle and kept hitting the water, they looked up at us and stopped, at one time it was 3 of them in the fight ? Jane has some of it on film ..

    Glad you two got out there. Sounds like a great trip.
    Only seen 1 swan this year. Never seen them fight.
    I was all set to go today but I chickened out.
    It's pouring raining and cold. Hopefully the rain knocks back the ice. Everything around is freezing up.

    would love to see that video of Jane whacking you with the paddle for catching more fish than her, err I mean the swans fighting.

    Fished down the Cape for 4 1/2 hrs. water was 37 * perch and pick. and one 3.7 Lm. bass, and we all know who caught it ?
