Solix won’t find 360

This is my buddies boat I was just working on. Verified we have 12v at the plug near the head of the ultrex. Everything appears to be Hooked up. The mega 360 was used by another guy this year and when he swapped it to this boat it won’t work. We aren’t sure if it worked before or not as the previous guy that had it wasnt using it. I have never seen it not work before. It seems like once a 360 is attached to a graph it should automatically pop up the 360. On both his Solix units the 360 screen isn’t even on the pages. On my personal setup I’ve never seen the 360 not showing up. I’ve seen it not connected and grayed out so I couldn’t connect but I’ve never seen it not even show up on the screen.

There will be no 360 views until the unit detects the MEGA 360. After that it remains listed until you do a Restore Factory Defaults, then it has to be detected again.

Is the correct cable between the MEGA 360 and SOLIX used?

Thanks for the reply. I took the 360 off his boat and I’m going to plug it in on my boat today and see if it works.

Plugged the 360 into my boat. Didnt find the 360 so the pod is bad. He’s under warranty still so he will be good. Thanks for the reply. I read the manual and it seemed like it stated it should show up automatically. I’m used to Lowrance honestly and I know you have to manually enable some features so I thought that could be the deal too.
