Lowrance Ghost remote upgrade?

Has there been any rumors/word of a new remote coming out for the lowrance ghost? I absolutely love the thing for the most part, but as primarily a Walleye angler the remote can be a real pain while trolling. No heading lock feature on it, not much recognition when pressing the buttons to speed up or slow down so it feels like a guessing game alot of the time. I wish there was a better option for a remote that displays information on it while fishing from the rear.

I came from an Ultrex, it’s remote was easier to tell what you were doing. The Lowrance remote could stand an upgrade. The trolling motor is great!
