    5- Blade prop.

I was wondering if anyone has run a 5-blade prop on Z521 with a SHO. If so what were the results.

2 members of my bass club including myself have 520C or 521C and run the Bravo XS props. That prop woke all our hulls up. The boats lift and most have only lost a mile or two on top end. All that switched to the Bravos XS are satisfied with the improvements they made compared to a Fury 3.

I switch early this year to a 250 Pro XS 4stroke. The other members are still with a 250 Pro XS 2 stroke. The other members are using a 25.5 pitch Bravo XS. I broke my new 4 stroke in using a 25.5 pitch but was not able to get the full rpms that Mercury recommends. I have since gotten a 23.5 pitch 4 blade Bravo XS. I am able to get the full 6200 rpm at WOT with the 23.5.

Thanks for the info. Now I’m looking to trade a 25P Fury 4, in great shape. Like new.
