Question on Backing up Helix 9 Waypoints

Trying to help out a buddy with backing up waypoint files on his helix 9.
Using a 32 gig card, ran the file save routine from the graph, and got a message that files have been saved.

When I look at the chip I see a file containing 128 mb of data, with the file name Matrix .

Is this file the waypoints?

Want to be sure we got his files saved.

Helix units load and export GPS data in a MATRIX folder.

The HumminbirdPC software or a Helix/number series unit will read that file.
