    Sausage

    Made 20# of Polish sausage yesterday. These are in the MES40 at 225 for a couple hours. The rest will be vac packed. Went heavy on the garlic and marjoram, light on salt.

    Looks delicious! My favorite way to eat sausage is with a slice of bread. I usually eat it like a hotdog. At times, depending on how it was heated, I dip it in syrup.
