Frozen screen 999ci HD

When I power on the unit freezes on the gold bird logo. It will not allow me to advance or even power off. I have to unplug to get it off the screen. This is my bow unit , the console unit works fine. So does the Helix 10 on the bow. Cranking battery reads 13.1 amps.

Connect the bow Helix 10's power cord to the 999 to check if the circuit is weak or the unit itself is faulty.

The symptoms you stated indicate low power typically.
