    Part identification?

    2006 225 pro XS
    Serial # 1B363703

    New member here. Looks like you guys have a fantastic site here with alot of knowledgeable members. I have been performing a winterization on my engine according to Mr. Weed's instructions in the sticky post above. When removing the lower cowling, I found this laying in the bottom. Does anyone know where it belongs? Just bought this boat in July and I have been checking it out with help from this site. I like to perform my own maintenance on and consider myself fairly handy at it.

    Was lying on port side. Cover for throttle linkage maybe?
    Any suggestions?

    cowling).
