I’m installing the EZ Troll recessed pedal tray. The cut and fit of the tray has gone fine but as anticipated, the foam and drain is challenging. Does anyone have an opinion on the best way to run the drain hose? Any help would be appreciated.

A Claw Hammer, a Flat Bar, or a Cat's Paw nail puller and dig a trench for the hose to lay in all the way to the bottom of the boat.

Mine ran to the center compartment.

I dug down to the bottom of the boat and there is a PVC line that the drains run into. That's where I ran mine. This was on a 2001 520VX.
