Ionic lithiums and Power pole charger

i have a 2020 Z 21 i bought new last year i put a brand new power pole charger and 4 brand new Ionic lithium batteries in this year but i have noticed they dont always agree as far as charging percentage my power pole charger says there at a 100 percent but my ionic battery app for my batteries doesnt always show them fully charged i dont know which one to believe i was wondering if anyone else was having an issue like this between the llithium batteries and the power pole charger any advice would be appreciated

I don't have either...but read this is a common issue. There's a reset, update, etc...that can help with this.

and you would probably get more hits in the trolling motor/electrical/ batteries sub forum because this really doesn't involve nitro and many users won't come through here but they can help there because that's they hang out with their knowledge
