fury 23p to Tempest plus 21p on 200 pro XS- what to expect???

    2022 Nitro Z19 W/ 200 Pro XS- Serial #: 3B099541

Hi fellas. As you may know im pretty new to a " bass boat" and propelled motors. All your insight and information is greatly appreciated and i thank you in advance.

New boat has 16 hours on it. Dealership states my demand linear is good and im getting 100% of my throttle.
Best i can get with my boat at 3400' elevation is 5640 RPM's and about 62-63 mph.
Hole shot and acceleration are very fast!
    PTP 3 1/2"
I ordered a tempest plus 3 blade 21p prop. In addition to the decreased pitch the prop itself is 14.6" diameter vs a 14" in the fury 23P. Also the PVS plugs are the large hole in the tempest vs the solid plug in the Fury.

What should i expect with the new tempest plus prop? is the larger diameter going to make a difference? I think i can swap the PVS plugs?
I am looking to achieve the 61-6200 RPMS that my motor calls for.

I have the exact same boat that just got to the dealer to prep. Just so we can compare along with everyone else, how is your boat set up? Weight is a factor etc.
I will have dual consoles and poles in back with Lowrance ghost 36v so batteries heavy in back because not lithium or gel so heaviest in back

I believe one of the biggest factors is elevation. Most guys here are sea level or close. I’m 3000-4500’ above sea level.

You can expect better bow lift with less trim needed. You may also be able to raise your motor a touch as the bigger prop with the bigger trailing edge will get a better bite.

Jason, at your elevation I would expect that the Tempest Plus 21P would be better on your rig.

My spare prop is a Tempest Plus 22 P and runs quite well and I am just a little above sea level.
