I used the rust-oleum professional high performance enamel. I purchased it at rural king. Pretty sure you can get it many places. Rolled the frame and used a brush on the tighter areas. I truly feel it looks fantastic. It leveled extremely well. No way you can tell it was rolled and brushed. Coverage was excellent. Three seasons later it still looks great.

I haven't had much luck trying to diy that stuff. Couldn't get the professional thickness needed to make it last for several years. I would prep it and take it to a professional.

    I used a different brand.
Brush and rolled, they supplied the rollers.
Happy with results, been at least 4 yrs.

It's easy to use/spray and has proven very durable to the present day. I've pulled it approximately 2500 miles to date.

Interesting, what type of clear did you use over the Raptor?

Here ya go....👍 Tough stuff.....so far anyway.

USC Spray Max 2k High Gloss Clearcoat Aerosol (2 PACK) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00W2D806Y...ing=UTF8&psc=1

There's a couple of videos on YouTube using it over Raptor
and it's held up for them. That's how I located the stuff. Tested it on the hull in a couple of insignificant spots and it's held up....then I applied it on the trailer. If THAT continues to hold up I'm going to spray the sides of my hull with it. So I guess you could say it's an experiment in progress....hehehe
