    919 Bow Trim Stomp Switch

Since phoneix doesnt offer the stomp trim swithes for the 919 I made my on using T&H marine Hot Trim to get the switches from. Wanted to relocate the light swith to the other side so my Ultrex cord would not hit the switch turning my running lights on. Also added a switch for my mega 360 to that side.

Used 1/4" pvc board, still need to raduis the edges with a router and then add carbon film to look like factory installed.

Does anyone have any recommendation on what to use for white print to label the switches. Have a label maker and could use the clear tape with white letters but not sure how that will hold up in the elements.

my Yamaha is suppose to have the new double tap all up and all down feature which would be cool with stomps

Wonder if that double tap feature can be added to existing SHO's.

The Elite 920 would be my next choise for an updgrade in the far future. I believe the stop switch will be great once you get use them. Having the double tap option would be nice.

They are Allen-Bradley 22mm pushbuttons with extended operators. I can't find the invoice with the numbers. Any AB store should be able to get them. I put them in the blank plate on the left and moved the wiring over. Put a single pole in right panel for blacklight Jack's. Where can you get the carbon film to match? Thanks!!

You can get the carbon fiber wrap on amazon. Not sure if what I have will match the existing.

Two operators, two normally open contacts, and the "extended" arrow caps are all you need.
