    What are these??

I picked up a 2006 stratos 285 and it has these 12 volt receptacles on the gunwales. There are 4 of them, 2 near the back, and 2 near the front. They are wired to a switch near the batteries. It looks like they take a 1/4 inch plug of some sorts. There are these plastic plugs that go into them, I guess they're protecting them from water. Anybody know what these are for and what fits them?? Thanks, John......
