Got on some decent crappie last weekend

I spent 4 days at Dale Hollow and did some crappie fishing. It was great the first two days but trailed off the last two. I think we boated around 25-30 with 15 being keepers. All fish were suspended 12-15’ around trees/structure. Crappie magnets verticals jigged or slowly retrieved were the key. They weren’t thumping it though. You would just feel tension on the line. This was on of the better ones. Black nose.
