    Heads up to Phoenix owners

This past weekend i was running 70+ down the lake in the rain. Like always when its raining i had on my ski goggles, thank goodness. Faster than you can blink i see something flying at my face and boom it hits me so hard it took a second to gather myself as i shut it down. Unsure it was i stood up to see the cup holder had came out and narrowly missed the top of my graphs just enough to hit me in right what wouldve been my left eye. Left a pretty good mark where my goggles sat on my face but avoided any major damage. I can only imagine what wouldve happened had i not had the goggles on. After inspection it looks like theres a small piece of 2 sided tape that holds the cup holders in. If Phoenix will send me another ill put it in with something that wont come loose. Boat is a 2017 721 fwiw

That would be extremely dangerous. Now I'm glad I don't have a cup holder up front.

I hope you called Tim at Phoenix and told him.

That's about as much fun as running into a flock of ducks in the dark on plane!

I had this happen as well - thankfully no damage. I replaced my PHX bow shroud with the fiberglass shroud so no more cup holder to worry about!

Put a circle clamp on the hose, and it wont come out.

This has happened to me as well. Same model and year boat. I think I’ll do the hose clamp idea before it comes out again
