    Lithium batteries port side

    Has anyone placed a Bass Boat Technologies MS-210 17" x 9 1/4" lithium battery tray or a similar single tray the on port side of transom in an older Triton TR-20X? The width of tray is not a problem the length is where I'm concerned with the rolled contour of the front and back edges. I'm measuring 17 1/2" (transom to bow)so I'm fairly certain it will fit, just looking for any insight from others that have already mounted a battery tray in this area. I currently have to 2-27 series lead acid batteries in this area mounted with the long length of the batteries going port to starboard. Plan is to place 3 12V-60ah impulse lithiums in the tray. Trolling motor wiring also runs down the port side of my Triton to the bow. Thanks for your insight ahead of time. Have a great Sunday.

    I have a 2007 20X2. I have 3 lithium's. 2 are on the port side and one in the center between the live wells. I did set all 3 out on the port side to see if they would fit and they would have with a bbt tray. I did not go that route because of my wiring. But they would have fit.

    I fit three on the port side but had to off set them. I'll get a pic of it today. 06 TR20x

    That is a clean install I'm trying to clean up the bilge today. I'm trying to put in 4 batteries, dual pro and 2 power pole pumps it looks like its going to be very tight.

    There was no way to fit three batteries on the port side on a tray. Cut some aluminum angle and secured it. On the starboard side i was able to move the cranking battery to the center and move the large charger. There is room on the side of the charger to add another battery if needed.

    Boomer looks like we installed different brand batteries. I installed a BBT aluminum tray and 3 Impulse lithium 12V 60ah on the port side. Installing my PP blades as soon as they arrive so I will see if the room made on the starboard side is adequate for both PP pumps.
