How many years can one expect on a pair of these deep cycle batteries? I do roughly 20-24 full day trips each season ( we are frozen in 4 months of the year)

I fish about the same and change them out after about three seasons even though they can go longer.
There is a new company now supplying / producing these batteries at some, not all Walmarts now.
I'm not sure if that will be good or bad.
I have a good charger and leave them plugged in 24/7/365 and never had a problem with any of these series 29 for over ten years.

I’ve had Walmart cranking batteries last 5-6 years. Troll batteries usually 4-5 years. While I’ve had a little longer service with Interstates, I don’t believe they were worth the extra cost.
Batteries for my job boat are 5 years old. Starting battery for my ranger is 3 years old and have no need to replace them. The Jon boat only sees around 5-6 days of use a year since I upgraded to a full size boat. Ranger sees about 15-20 days throughout the year. They aren’t being abused but sitting idle is just as bad

As said, 4-5 years and I fish a lot being retired....
I’ve had several over the years ( I’m old , retired and fish a lot ). I’m currently at 6 years on these Walmart trolling batteries ( best I’ve ever done ). Up until this set I always left them on charge 24/7. I now charge as soon as I get home and unplug the charger. I rarely have to add water and they’ve lasted longer
I get 5-6 years from my Everstarts. I charge them when i get home and fish approx 30 days a year. When charging is complete i disconnect and charge before i go out again. I have a 27 for my cranking batt and two 29's for TM.

I would get a solid 3 years out if mine but I fished about triple what you do. After the second season the performance dropped quit a bit. At the time the price was right tho they were about $120 each CND they double that now. I went with lithiums this round.
I usually fish about 60 to 80 days a year and about 50 of them are tournaments my batteries usually last me about 3 years , I find the older ones where better than the newer ones in my opinion, but for under $100 can't complain....
1990 374V Ranger Still kickin' bass after all these years
I would get about four years before I would change. The batteries would still go all day, but I wouldn't push to more years. I have 80# tm. on a Ranger. Everstarts were the factory install when I purchased the boat. Just check the water and add some distilled about twice a year. Fish over 100 days annually on Tennessee river.
3-4 years for me. Group 29. Just replaced one TM battery this week just because the sticker said 8-18. The new battery is made in South Korea, has a charge indicator like Delco used to, 2 year warranty and are sealed.

My trolling motor batteries from Wall-Mart are from April 2017. I fish close to 100 days a year. They are still going strong. Running a Fortrex 101.
