brand new, already slung one? i'd be getting in contact with yamaha.
MB, definitely take that prop to your dealer for replacement under warranty.
There was a know problem with some props, they'd throw a blade.
Props are not under warranty by Yamaha but hopefully your dealer can help. Check ebay for props. I'm in SC but think the dealer I use may have some. Let me know if you want me to check or I can pm you.
A Yamaha t-2 25 is scarce these days, I finally found one after some time but it was slightly used.
