Pee...then 4.5 miles, then coffee.

I get up late afternoon, bathroom and then coffee.
Urinate, wash face, wet hair/comb, get dressed, coffee outside watching the sun come up.
Bathroom, shower, breakfast, begin day.
Pray
Drop the kids off at the pool then make the coffee. Turn on local news. Let the dog out.
Pee, brush teeth, take meds…coffee.
