    Venison tenderloin and heart

    Killed a doe on Thursday evening. Had tenderloin and heart on Friday. Just salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic powder rubbed. In the kamado at 300 with some pecan wood. I overcooked them slightly as I was still processing the rest of her but they were amazing otherwise.
