EZ Lube or Super Lube. There should be a grease zerk under that dust cap.

If the axle has a zirk fitting in the end, be sure to spin the wheel as you grease them.

Be sure to spin the wheels counter clockwise, this way you wont UN-screw the grease fitting.

Wouldn't the hubs on the right side of the trailer UN-screw while being pulled on the road?

The grease fitting is attached to the end of the axle. Spinning the wheel will NOT unscrew it.

Thats why they have the plastic thingy cap, so it will catch it.

Both the EZ lube and Super lube systems require the wheel to be spun while adding/changing grease so the entire hub and bearings are thoroughly filled with grease, back to front with no voids.

The hub/wheel will not fall off unless it is assembled wrong.

I prefer this type of system over the Bearing Buddy style with spring pressure and the front lubrication zirk fitting in the cap.
