    Garmin update issue

Currently trying to update my 93sv through Active captain and it's stuck validating. I try disconnecting and updating again and same thing. If it gets to 100% validation it says "connection error". I had no problems updating my 106, 94 and LS. Any solutions? tia

Update the 93sv via the manual download and SD card.

Does the update help the non touch 93sv or 93sv touch (non UHD) not running 2 Livescope?

I had the exact problem last night with my 93’s. I gave up after several tries.

Just a thought maybe yall can try.

Here is what i found on mine: I was having the same issue earlier this year....Using AC on Android phone Samsung S9....once i open the app on phone and connect to unit, it will automatically download and transfer the Active Captain Community info. What i started doing was either turn it off or let it transfer to unit and update THEN download and start the software updates. Seem to help and haven't had any issues......

Not saying that's what's going on with others, but it helped me and at least makes me think that was the issue in my situation.

To turn off the the community update in the app: open app, go to chart, chose the "options" on page (3 lines), chose "Download ActiveCaptain Community", then turn off the "Auto Download Updates". Again, this is on Android, not sure where it would be on an Iphone.
YOU are not entitled to what I have earned!!!!!
