    Turn over

So with the lake about ready to turn over, does anyone have a problem with the fishing during this time of the year?mainly talking bass fishing. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of people struggling to catch crappie just bass. Last year my boat was in the shop. This year I get to hope the fishing here is better than most places in Oct before the big feed in November

Always tough during the turnover, lakes will be a mess, but afterwards they feed!

If y’all all would just go get in a deer stand you wouldn’t have to worry about it. I love the turnover.

I don't know if Kerr is in turnover or not. I think it's still a tad to early, but it's fishing hard as ever for me. And I've caught over 100 fish on Kerr this year (Spring time) and I caught 7 keepers in 4 days on Kerr this past week.

September and early October are usually very tough months for most Carolina lakes.
